Elie M. Baradhy & Associates was created in 1998 but previously founded by Elie M. Baradhy, as Elie M. Baradhy establishment operating on the Lebanese Territory since 1981.

After 19 years of experience in the electro-mechanical building services field, mainly in large hotel complexes, such as Phoenicia Inter-Continental, Beirut (between 1961 and 1973) Holiday Inn, Beirut (between 1973-1975), Holiday Inn Jordan (1975), Holiday Inn Sharjah (1976) and Carlton Al-Moaibed, Saudi Arabia (1976-1981), Elie Baradhy returned to Beirut to open his own establishment involved in the building electro-mechanical services, firstly on the contracting field, secondly on the design and consultation field which is still carried out till today.

Elie Baradhy is a long experienced engineer, graduated from USA, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He is an active and long time member in the following US and International Societies:

  6. ASPE, American Society of Plumbing Engineers, USA, since 1993.
  7. CSI, Construction Specification Institute, USA, since 1996.
  8. IEEE, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, USA, since 1996.

He is actually acting as the company general manager and partner who has 42 years of experience in the field of E/M Building Services Engineering.

The company is fully structured by experienced and devoted staff equipped with all the necessary tools, hardware, software, most updated international codes, standards and handbooks library that is needed for the development of a complete building engineering study, design and application of any type and any size of electro-mechanical building services.
